This three-bedroom, three-bath, fourth floor, end unit, luxury condominium is beautifully furnished and decorated in a beach motif. The large wrap around balcony is accessible from living room, dining room, and master bedroom and directly overlooks the beach. Romar Place 406 has a spectacular panoramic view, especially from its 4th floor perch. Wild beach colors in all rooms. All the pictures you see were taken by me and are of the actual place.

Great room has new 42 inch wide, flat screen, TV, DVD VCR combination, sleeper sofa. Full-size dining table that seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen, Stereo, CD player for your dining pleasure.
