Total refund will only be issued, if cancellation is made 30 days or more before 7 day occupancies, and 60 days or more before 30 day stays. Within 30 days for 7 day rentals and 60 days for 30 day rentals, tax and cleaning will be refunded if you don't occupy. Also within the above period, rent will not be refunded unless the same period can be rented. If a renter can be found, the amount collected will be refunded. Trip insurance is optional, “CSA TRAVEL PROTECTION”, trip insurance, covering financial losses you may incur due to, illness, injuries or mandatory hurricane evacuations. I do not receive a commission or have any authority over this insurance, but what you absolutely should know is, in case of forced evacuation the only way you will receive a refund is if you purchase this insurance, and that refund does not come from me, rather it comes directly to you from CSA Travel Protection.
“No pets” is strictly enforced by the association. They have the legal authority to evict, no refund. If you are not at least 25 years old or are evicted for any reason, no refund. Pest control and mandatory or emergency maintenance personal will try to notify before entry.

I do take personal checks, but credit cards are safer for you.
If the unit is not clean, needs repair, or you lose your key, $25.00 key charge, call Betty or Tommy -------- cell 978-0000. I will send Key after final payment is received. Extra keys are on kitchen counter. My biggest complaint is the ringing telephone, telemarketers. I have had people tell me they get 3-4 calls per day and often disconnect the phone from the wall. Because of this and the fact that everybody has a cell phone there is no local phone service in the unit.
